Chapter 25

When they return, everyone was in the house chatting happily. Jo saw Jan crying and she asked why, Jan didn't answer her question. She just sit down and continue to cry. "Brian, what happen?" Jo asked worriedly. "I just ask her to be my girlfriend but she told me, he's waiting for a guy called Stanley" Brian explain. "WHAT! Stanley!" Jo shouted. "What happen, Jo didn't you told Brian about Stanley's stuff?" Nick asked looking at Jo. "I just don't think it's the right time" Jo explain. "Jo, can you tell me now?" Brian asked looking at Jan. "I think that you should let him know" Nick told Jo. you make mistake here! Jo then start to tell Brian everything and Jan just can't stop crying. "I'm the one to blame" Lynn said sadly. "No, it's not yours. It's ME" Jan said. "It's me, if that night I didn't make him angry. He'll not run away and look for you. Your boyfriend wouldn't have mistaken about him. They wouldn't have start a fight and things wouldn't turn out this way" Jan said cry even harder. "Jan, stop it" Lynn shouted and started crying too. Brian walked to Jan and hugged her, "you'll be alright" Brian told Jan. "Brian, take her back to the room" Jo suggested. So, Brian took Jan back to her room and rest. "Don't worry, I'll be here" Brian said and he told her to rest. Soon, Jan falls asleep. When Jan woke up and find out that Brian was with her the whole night. "good morning" Brian greet and smile at her. "You are here all night?" Jan asked Brian and get to seat on the bed. "Yeah" Brian reply. Jan said to herself that beside stanley he was the first guy whom willing to take care of her late night. Jan's was so touch that she nearly cry. "Brian, why are you so nice to me?" Jan asked. "I want you to be happy, just remember no one can hurt you if I'm around" Brian told Jan and look sweetly into her eyes. "Brian, you are really sweet but you must know this, I can't accept you. That will be really unfair to you. I still love stanley. I lost him 2 years ago and I've waited for 2 years. I love him a lot......... I know I do. I can't afford to loss him again" Jan told Brian as her tears roll down. "But I love youtoo, I can't afford to loss you either" Brian said as his voice change and almost cry. "Brian, I need some times to think" Jan said and lay down.
