The Future of Black Men in America
A discussion aimed towards enlighting freshman males on the future of the black man in America was conducted by the Bruh's. The overall consensus of the participants was for each and every black man to help each other out every step of the way in effort to pave a strong and bright future. Many critical atributes were added such as, obtaining a quality education, econimic wealth, and political empowerment to further strengthen the future of the black man in America. Freshman orientation credit was also given, which is a freshman requirement.

Black & Gold Panther Community Clean-Up
Our Community Cleaning was done on Beatties Ford Road, where we assisted in keeping our community around campus clean and presentable to help display our University's bright image. We served hot chocolate before the clean-up and gave community service hours, which is a graduate requirement.

Home-Ownership Workshop
Successful relator and Beta Nu Lambda President, Doug Jones, was present to provide essential expert advice on how to prepare, buy, invest, and sell a home. He also spoke of how important it is for every black man to prepare themselves for homeownership at some point in their lives.

Regional Conference
Bro. Anderson and Bro. Gleaton went to Birmingham, Alabama for the 69th SOuthern Regional Convention hosted by the Omicron Lambda Chapter. The two delagates went to obtain information and ideas to bring back to the "Mother Chapter of the Carolinas" and strengthen the Black & Gold Power.

Ruff Ryder's Valentine's Day
During the Valentine's Weekend when lovers, friends, and partners adore each other with gifts and thoughts of love and happiness, the Alpha bruh's of "AO" provided students with information about safe sex and condoms. We the Alpha Bruh's just wanted everyone to have a safe Ruff Ryder's Weekend.

Alpha Phi Alpha Millennium Jam
Aside from all of the academic and personal information that the Alpha bruh's wanted to share with our community, we also wanted to share a social experience with everone as well in the form of a huge party with music, dance, fun. Just about all of the fraternites and sororities from all the major colleges were representing at Smith. Oh Yeah$$$$$$$


Alpha's on the Move Raffle Contest

As much as we hate to see students leave for break, we the bruh's of Alpha Phi Alpha held a raffle contest with three winner's that were packed up, moved out, and transported to their place of transportation. It rained most of the moving day. Oh Yeah$$$$$$$

Bullfest Stepshow

The Bullfest Stepshow hosted at JCSU marked the rebirth of Alpha Legacy. The AO bruh's had not stepped at Smith in some time and you know that the Bruh's won the show with steps out of sight and towards the light. Our fine as wine AKA Ladies wone as well. Oh Yeah$$$$$$$

Meet the Greeks
In meet the greeks, the Bruh's presented a breif amount of history on our illustrious legacy, which still lives on and is added upon everyday. It was also a chance for non greeks nad greeks to get and answer to any information that they were curious about.

WPEG Radio Station

The Bruh's represented the Alpha's in the City of Charlotte alongside host No Limit Larry. We spoke to the listeners about what our fraternity is about and what it takes to be in the 1st Black Greek Letter fraternity.

Dress Day

Every Wendsday we dress up in suit's and tie's and fratnize in the public to in representation of our professional and clean-cut images that we display. Every Friday we wear our Alpha paraphernalia in representation of our love for Alpha Phi Alpha and show our enderment to continue to hold Alpha to the light.
