Jacob was born 15 weeks early for reasons unknown.
Weighing in at 1lb. 14.5oz.
He was a strong little boy fighting for his life.
He stayed with us for 38 days,
and in those 38 days he taught so many about life,
love, and faith. He will always be remembered
in the hearts who loved him.
He will forever be our "special baby".
