Scott Frye

Scott Gregory Frye, 44, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, Jan. 8, 2004. He was born in Ligonier on Nov. 4, 1959. He was a resident of Ligonier until he relocated in 1985 to Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., where he worked in the restaurant industry. Scott was a 1977 graduate of Ligonier Valley High School and had attended Penn State University. He was preceded in death by his father, Clyde A. "Bucky" Frye Sr., in 1997. He is survived by his mother, Mary "Margie" Frye, of Ligonier; three brothers, Jim, Bucky and Rick; a sister, Kathleen; an uncle, Elmer Frye; and several nieces and nephews. A private funeral service will be held at the Frye's family cemetery in Ligonier Township. Scott had many friends and will be greatly missed. A memorial service was held at Kraeer Funeral Home, Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.
