Zombie
The main enemies of all the Resident Evil games, the zombies in RE 1.5 seemed to have had little differences than the zombies found in RE2. One of the differencs found in the zombies of RE 1.5 was their size - some were fat, some were skinny. However, you still had the ability to blow their bodies in half and watch their upper bodies crawl at you.
Cerberus
Another enemy that found its way into the final cut, the cerberus, judging from RE 1.5 videos, seemed to have been as common an enemy as the zombies. Judging from the RE 1.5 videos, these guys would stop and howl in anger - or hunger- at you character.
Crows
A foe found in almost all of the Resident Evil games, these guys did make it into the final cut and probably remained unchanged from the ones found in RE 1.5 They most likely had the same attacks as they do in Resident Evil 2 and were probably just as easy to kill.
?Gorilla-like beast?
An enemy that did not make it into the final version of the game, this gorilla-like beast was probably replaced by the Lickers found in Resident Evil 2. These guys, judging from RE 1.5 videos, seemed fairly tough, in addition to their large size.
Spider
An enemy that did make it into the final version of Resident Evil 2; judging from RE 1.5 videos, it has remained basically unchanged. Wether or not it spit acid or tiny spiders burst out of it body once killed is unknown.
?Spider-like Hybrid?
This spider-like hybrid didn't make it into the final version, but seems like a pretty interesting foe. It had multiple appendages and walked on two legs. This creature may have possibly been replaced by Mr. X in Resident Evil 2, but its true purpose in RE 1.5 is unknown.
?Alligator(s)?
It is rumored that as you ventured through the sewers, you would fight small alligators - in addition to a large one. Wether or not you fought any alligators during the game is unknown, but a gigantic gator did find its way into the final version of Resident Evil 2.
William Birkin
Most likely the main enemy of the game, William did make it into the final cut, but his background in RE 1.5 remains unknown. He was most likely the father of Sherry Birkin, for RE 1.5 videos have shown him calling out for Sherry.
