"X" Button Action/ Attack/ Open Doors
Zoom/unzoom outdoor maps
R1 Button Draw weapon (towards enemies only)
Dodge-(when enemy attacks)
R2 Button
Draw weapon(towards all targetable objects)
Dodge-(when enemy attacks)
Locate attack objects
L1 Button
Change Targets (while drawing a weapon)
L2 Button
Access map screen
Push Object
Face the item you want to move and hold the directional button /Left Stick up.
Get On/Off an Object
Face the object you want to get on/off and press the "X" button.
ADVANCED PLAYER CONTROLS
Dodge
Press R1 or R2 the moment an enemy attacks. (You cannot dodge if you are
severely injured.)
Quick 180 degrees turn Press the directional button /left stick down + the
square button.
Escape
When an enemy grabs your character, or your character is falling down, you can escape
more quickly by rapidly pressing the directional buttons and other buttons.
Attack Objects
In some rooms, certain objects can be used to attack enemies by shooting at the objects.
A drum is one example. Press the R1 button to locate the attack objects in the scene.
