Complete BMR and Recruit Training (Boot Camp)

Requirements: 12 Months Service
Complete Seaman Course and Two Week Training (TWT)
E-4 Petty Officer 3rd Class
Requirements: 18 Months Service
Complete PO3 Course and TWT
E-5 Petty Officer 2nd Class
Requirements: 24 Months Service
Complete PO2 Course and TWT
E-6 Petty Officer 1st Class
Requirements: 30 Months Service
Complete PO1 Course and TWT
There is ONE PO1 per 20 SEA CADETS
E-7 Chief Petty Officer
Requirements: 30 Months Service
Complete CPO Course and Petty Officer Leadership Academy
There is ONE CPO per UNIT
