Who are Wolf Cubs?
The Wolf Cub program is designed for 8 year-old or 2nd grade boys. Once they complete the requirements for their Bobcat Badge, they can start to work on the 12 Achievements for the Wolf Badge. These achievements range from physical feats of skill, to respect for the flag, to keeping your body healthy, plus many others. They are designed to assist the boys in becoming a well-rounded individual by involving them in activities they might not receive in other extracurricular activities. As they complete the requirements for the Wolf Badge, they can work on Electives toward Arrow Points. These are additional activities that broaden their scouting experience even more. For more complete information, click on the Wolf Scout Book below.
The Wolves will meet every Friday at 6:45 p.m. in the Scout Cabin. Our Leader is Lynn.

The MONSTER TRUCK JAM was awesome! JJ had a great time on Saturday, February 10 while joining the Pack on a trip to watch the Monster Trucks. We all routed for GraveDigger to win, but Monster Patrol stole the show.
January 17th our Pack Meeting was packed! The Wolves became official wolves by receiving our Wolf Badges---congratuations! We all passed inspection with 100 (that's two years in a row now). The Cake Auction was alot of fun. Thomas had a cherry cheesecake and Michael made a strawberry basket cake.

Singing Christmas Carols...Receiving Awards (JJ and Thomas both received their Advancement Toward Rank Badge and BB-Gun Belt Loop)...S'mores & Hot Chocolate...AND...A Visit From Santa! During his visit, Santa gave the boys special gifts...their PINEWOOD DERBY KITS!!!

Our Holiday Food Drive on Saturday, November 11 (Bags Out) and Saturday, November 18 (Bags In) was a huge success! Thanx to the Wolves and parents for helping out.
Thomas sure had a fun-filled time at Johnson's Corner Farm on Saturday, October 28. He had a good time on the hayride. Look at pictures in our PHOTO ALBUM.
TIGERS, WOLVES, BEARS...WEBELOS?...OH MY!!! The Pack Halloween Party on Friday, October 27, was a great time for all! Michael was dressed as Ninja; JJ was dressed as a Skeleton; and Thomas (who won first place in the den for best costume) was a spooky Ghoul! Lots of games and junk food made this a party the boys won't soon forget! Look at our pictures.
CALLING ALL BIKERS!!! It was quite a sight to see on Monday, October 2, the Bears and members of Pack #37 were seen riding together around Tinicum. Ben, JJ, and Thomas all earned their Bicycle Belt Loop. Fun was had by everyone!
POOL PARTY anyone?!? Thomas and JJ certainly took full advantage of Tinicum Township Swimming Club. And Saturday, August 26 was certainly the perfect day--no clouds, JUST SUN and FUN! Look here for our Pack picture at the Splash Party.
Our second Car Wash Fundraiser of the year held on Saturday, July 22 at the Lester Fire House was a success! It was a perfect day this time---SUN, SUN, SUN! Thomas represented the Wolves and did a great job! Not only did we wash cars and trucks, but we even had a boat (YES--A BOAT!) and bikes drop by! All in all, the Pack had a terrific time! Look at pictures of the Car Wash - Photo Album page.
WOW -- we just got back from a trip to Camp Delmont (see the CAMPING page for more details) and it was the best! Thomas and JJ earned their Golf Belt Loop, BB-Gun Belt Loop, and Archery Belt Loop! They also completed Requirement 10b under Family Fun towards their Wolf Badges and Elective 20c - Archery - towards their Gold Arrow Point!
It was a hot day on Saturday, June 10th, but a fun one! Stephen, JJ, and Thomas all went with the rest of the Pack to the John Heinz Wildlife Refuge to explore the great outdoors. Our guide, Tom, was very knowledgeable and answered most of our questions. The walking tour lasted about 2 hours and we learned about different birds, flowers, and trees. We even found 3 turtles, hatched turtle eggs, goose feathers, and (unfortunately) a dead snake and baby bird. By participating in this Pack event, we have already started our trek towards receiving our Cub Scout World Conservation Badge by completing Requirements a and d of Elective 13-Birds.
