Mother 1+2 is a compilation package of both Mother 1 (EarthBound 0) and Mother 2 (EarthBound). It was released only in Japan for the Nintendo Game Boy Advance. Nintendo has no plans to release the game anywhere outside of Japan. You can import Mother 1+2 legally through various online videogame retailers.
