Outrage will attack for either 2 or 3 turns during which time the using pokemon will be unable to select another attack or switch. At the end of the turn on which Outrage finishes, the using pokemon becomes Confused.
Outrage will also end prematurely if the using pokemon is incapacitated (via Confusion, Paralysis, etc.) on a turn that Outrage would be used. When it is ended prematurely, the using pokemon will not become Confused. Missing with an Outrage attack is not the same as having the using pokemon incapacitated, therefore the attack will continue as normal after a miss.
Outrage receives the flinching bonus when King's Rock is attached to the using pokémon.
Outrage is affected by Brightpowder when the opposing pokémon is equipped with it.
