Twineedle

If Twineedle hits, it will perform two hits in the same round, each having a base damage equivalent to the base damage of the move.

Other than Accuracy for the hit, each hit is treated seperately for several indicators. This means that triggers for some things work off of an individual hit. These include:

1. Critical Hits - each hit has seperate determination for whether or not it is a critical hit.

2. Substitute - the check to see whether or not the Substitute has taken enough damage to break is performed after each hit.

3. Counter - Only the damage of the last hit is used for the purpose of calculating how much damage Counter will send back.

After damage is dealt, Twineedle has a 19.9% chance of causing the opponent to be Poisoned.

Twineedle receives the flinching bonus when King's Rock is attached to the using pokémon.
