Vital Throw

Vital Throw has “perfect accuracy”. Use of evade or accuracy modifiers (i.e. Double Team, Minimize, Sand-Attack, etc.) cannot make this attack miss.

This is also an “Attack last” move. On the turn that it is used, if the opposing pokemon uses any move other than another “Attack last” move, the pokemon using this move will go last. If both pokemon use an “Attack last” move the order of battle will be determined by Speed as normal.

This is the only “Attack last” move which causes damage. As such, it is the only “Attack last” move which cannot be made to fail by being forced to go first. Like other “Attack last” moves, it can be used to force the failure of another “Attack last” move. This makes it an effective attack to use against those utilizing “Attack last” moves as part of their strategy.

Vital Throw receives the flinching bonus when King's Rock is attached to the using pokémon.
