 
AGE-At least 6 years SEX-Male SIZE-Large BREED-Labrador Retriever/Hound/Beagle/Husky SPAYED/NEUTERED-Not yet Neutered GOOD WITH-Dogs NOT GOOD WITH-Children, cats HOUSETRAINED- OTHER NOTES-Cujo didn't deserve any of the horrible treatment that he recieved. If you don't feel sorry for him after you read his story, you shouldn't even be looking for a dog. Cujo was tied near a coal shaft by a very large tow chain. He lived there for 6 years until someone told us about him. His collar (Chain?)had grown into his neck. He must have been tied like that for a long time if it had grown in like it had! He had to be taken to a vet to have his rotting, torn flesh removed. The bottom right picture on the top is his neck. Not a collar, just his neck. The top left picture is where he lived. The second picture, next to the first group of pictures, is him now. The vet bills were over 700 dollars! He is coming around with us at Hillside, but might be different with you, at least until he gets to know you. He has healed physically a lot, but I doubt he will ever forget the torture that he went through before he was rescued. Sometimes we go to his kennel/room and he will wag his tail, just a little bit. All Cujo wants is love. Can you give it to him?
