AGE-9-10 years SEX-Male SIZE-Small BREED-Cocker Spaniel SPAYED/NEUTERED-Not yet neutered GOOD WITH-Other dogs NOT GOOD WITH-Children, cats HOUSETRAINED- OTHER NOTES-Elway is one of the many dogs at Hillside who has a sad story. We found him lieing in a ditch that he dug by himself by the side of a road. He had been hit by a car and has grass stains on his fur. He is old, but small dogs can sometimes live to be 20 years! Even if Elway doesn't make it that far, he'd love (and so would we) if he could spend his last years in a nice quiet home with someone. Elway is one of my favorites, and I'd love to take him home, but since I have 3 dogs and 2 cats, I can't have another, especially since Elway isn't good with cats. I would be most happy of all the Hillside workers and volunteers if Elway got a nice home!
