She was tied outside on a tow chain since she was 8 weeks old. As soon as someone told us about it, Tiffany was at Hillside. Even the doghouse had been used before her and had holes in it and no straw or blankets to keep her warm. She has almost no chance of being adopted, because of her age, and because she must be kept alone in the back because she doesn't get along with other dogs, no one sees her. Come down and look at Tiffany, even if you can only pet her a while, she would love it!
