Instead of producing just one glossary to choose from, here you can pick exactly the type you need.
The lingo of the technical world and cyberspace changes all the time. Make sure you know all the terms needed to not only understand the cyber-world around you, but to be sure you're understood. Be sure to stay polite and check out the basic Netiquette section. There are also a couple of different ways to express yourself in the digital world listed under 'Other Ways of Expression' below.

NETIQUETTE:
When you are now to the Internet you may be unfamiliar with the rules particular to email and cyberspace. Here are some guidelines for interacting with other people through the Internet.
  • Remember the Human: It's easy to forget that you are speaking to a person who can't see your face, hear your voice, or judge your mood. You only have the written word to express yourself. Ask yourself if you would say this to that person's face before hitting Send.
  • Make A Good Impression: Take the time to correct spelling and grammer. You make a stronger point when what is being read is clear, concise, and on topic.
  • Avoid Shouting: Words written with all capital letters symbolize SHOUTING. Use capital letters sparingly. A message in all caps is considered rude.
  • Quote Sparingly: If you allow your e-mail to "quote" an entire message when using Reply, it's best to edit this. Include only the portion of the previous message relevant to your answer.
  • Be Patient: Give a person time to respond before assuming that your message was not received or that they just don't care.
  • Assume Your Email IS Public: Your email can be copied, forwarded, and sent to thousands of people. The Internet is often as public as a postcard.
