Tippmann Model 98:
Rating: 7 of 10
For as good as this gun may be, it is highly over-rated. When looking at average shots per nine ounce, you should keep in mind that the tippmann 98 will get about 200-300 less. The only reason it has better range and accuracy than anything is the tremendous amount of Co2 it uses. The bolt is about as good as that of a Stingray. Never the less, it is well constructed, and difficult to break. Most of these guns will run about $165. By the way, don't buy the chameleon version of this gun, unles you want to pay $50 for looks.

While the Tippmann Model 98 is not my favorite gun, it is much better than this. It features all the downs of the Model 98, with fewer up sides. It has good range and accuracy (not as good as the M98's) again at the expense of Co2. It has one peice construction, which is good for everyday cleaning, but a nightmare for internal cleaning. All and all, this gun was outdated by the M98 before it was made. Tippmann should have worked on making the M98 better. It costs about $180.
