Greetings!

I have been the Senior Pastor of Bethany Bible Fellowship church since 1991.

It has been a blessing and a joy to serve God at this place. All of this began in 1973 when I came to know the Lord Jesus Christ in a personal way. I had a face-to-face confrontation with Christ, and He won. Space does not allow me to go into detail concerning my conversion experience, but I will say this…

On Friday evening, May 15^th, 1973, Christ became real to me as He delivered my soul from hell, delivered my body from the addiction of alcohol and tobacco, along with other addictions.

I am married to a wonderful woman named Sara. We were married in 1960. We have two children, grandchildren and two foster grandchildren that are the delight of our lives.

A year after my conversion, my family and I, headed for Fort Wayne, Indiana to begin studies for the ministry. I received a Bachelor's degree in Pastoral Ministries from Fort Wayne Bible College. I served in my first pastorate in the second year of studies. Since then I have served in four churches, starting one from a home Bible Study. That church is now a self-supporting, self-sustaining church of Jesus Christ.

After graduating from Fort Wayne Bible college I enrolled in Trinity Theological Seminary. While studying for a Masters Degree I also pastored a local church. I earned a Masters Degree in Sacred Literature, and, a Master of Divinity Degree.

God led us to the mid-west and kept us there for 18 years. I believe He did this because of my past, and, perhaps the inability to serve among my own people.

In 1991 God led us back home and we've been serving at Bethany Bible Fellowship Church for the past 12 years. We answered God's call to Bethany during a time of struggle for these stalwart believers.

We were few in numbers at the beginning, but the church trusted God to grow the congregation, and, to move us to a new location. To His own glory, God did just that.

In 1993 the church moved to its present location at 3300 Seventh Street, in Whitehall. God has blessed the ministry and we are now contemplating expanding our facility to accommodate the people God has brought in.
