Today was another weird one - up and down like the proverbial yo-yo... Finally got to sleep about 4:30am, woke up at 10:20, which seems to be my new 'waking-up-time' as it's happened every day this week. Did my usual, get up - take medication - go back to bed. Did not want to get out of bed at all today. Finally did so at 2pm. Got dressed about 4 just for something to do. Tuned up my guitar, blasted out a few renditions of 'Mrs Robinson' then got bored. Put the TV on, watched it for 20 mins, then got bored. Freaked out about being alone. Phoned people to find someone to keep me company tonight. Everyone had plans. Went on the internet and talked to friends on messenger. Got tired. Went back to bed. Got up an hour later. Put TV on for company. Went back to bed. Put a video (Bridget Jones' Diary) on about midnight. Slept through it. Now 2:30am and I'm wide awake. Want to play guitar, but will incur wrath of flatmates (drunk and/or asleep) and neighbours (nice girls downstairs/asshole guys upstairs). Must have taken in some of video in sleep as am writing like Bridget Jones. V strange... Hahaha! Suddenly really quite happy, don't know why... Well, will leave this on a cheerful note for a change. G'night... :)
