Well, I went to see my DoS this morning. He thinks I should go to the student counselling service. I will think about it, and maybe go later in the week. I have the option of taking the rest of the year out and restarting it in October, so I will see what the doctor says and how the medication works out.
I'm still feeling sick, and I didn't sleep well last night - I slept for a couple of hours and then was awake until 6am. Then when I went out to the department I was feeling really nervous in the street, like a panic attack or something - I don't know, I've never had a panic attack before. I'm feeling a bit dizzy looking at the computer screen, so I'm going to leave this for now...
