This is an 8900 square foot, five bedroom remodel of a 23000 square foot, one bedroom contemporary. This was more of a gut, shrink, and remodel more than just a simple remodel. The house's style was completely changed from a dreary, large contemporary, to a gorgeous landscaped formal home. This house is much nicer in the game than it is in the picture because the picture has it at a bad angle.
