Thermal-Guard Fire 8/04/2005

An early morning fire destroyed the woodshop of the Thermal-Guard Window Replacement factory.
Firefighters from all three Punxsutawney fire companies responded to the fire, and contained it to the woodshop area only.

Firetower Road Fire, Banks Twp. 9/22/05

Central Fire Department units were called to assist Indiana County Station 170, Glen Campbell, with this structure fire that destroyed a Banks Township home on Friday September 22. Also assisting at the scene were units from Big Run, Mahaffey, Burnside, and Commodore.

State Rte. 536 Perry Township 10/25/05

Units from Station 12 Perry Township and Station 40 Lindsey responded to this vehicle accident along State Route 536 in Perry Township. Thankfully, no one was seriously injured in this crash.

Fire ripped through this A-Frame house in Banks Twp. Indiana County, destroying the home.
Units from Central were called to assist Station 17, Big Run and Station 170, Glen Campbell.

State Route 536, Perry Township, Jefferson County.
Wednesday April 10, 2006

Station 12, Perry Township and Station 40, Lindsey were called to the scene of this vehicle accident along State Route 536 on Wednesday, April 10. The patient had to be cut from the upside down car with the Jaws of Life. He was flown to a trauma center from the scene.

State Route 954, North Mahoning Township, Indiana County
Wednesday April 10, 2006

At the same time as the State Route 536 Accident above, Station 20 Central responded in place of Station 12 Perry Township to assist Indiana County Station 350, Plumville with this accident along State Route 954. The driver of this vehicle was transported by helicopter to a trauma center.
