Pa 415 runs for approximately 10 miles from Pa 29 at Ruggles in the north to Pa 309 in Dallas. This road has no end signs at either end. Map show that it runs either side of Harveys Lake "the largest natural lake in Pennsylvania".
Here Pa 415 joins Pa 29 at Ruggles.
North End
South End
Here Pa 415 ends with North Pa 309 coming from the right and Pa 309 South continuing straight.
Middle
As you approach Harveys Lake from the south the road splits with no indication which direction is Pa 415 North.
Just out of the above picture (to the left) is a Segment Marker indicating that 415 goes to the west side of the lake. The east side being designated
SR 1415
Near the north split of Pa 415. The markings for Pa 415 are on the east side of the lake on the roadway marked SR 1415. The west side of the lake marked SR 415 there are no sign until (traveling north) you reach the junction with SR 1415 and then only to show North & South.
