The Las Vegas Sting survived in the AFL for only two seasons due to extremely low attendance and no playoff victories. The team won three of their last four games in 1994 to sneak into the postseason. They suffered a defeat at Albany, 49-30. In 1995, the team won their last three games to finish at 6-6, but did not receive a playoff berth this time. After the franchise struggled to get 5,000 people to each game, the team moved to Anaheim for two more seasons. Arena football returned to Las Vegas in 2003, with the Gladiators.
