Manager Ramblings

The time is drawing near to the Pleb's first league match of the season. After a hectic pre-season of friendlies, we have learned much about my squad. We had a fantastic run going unbeaten in all friendly competitions so I am confident about the new season.

We have strengthened in the key areas of midfield and attack and I am now confident that the boys can do the business on the park to get us up into the Premiership. It is vital to get into the Premiership these days with the TV deals and sponsorship especially with our currently dilapidated stadium which needs renovation, currently a throw back to the 1930's.

We do have a chance of getting out of the sixth division with renewed camaraderie after a minor falling out between team members. The trouble maker and twat has now left the team in less than acrimonious terms but we believe this player has been replaced by new players willing to improve their game and win matches. Team before self!

The kit man has done a fantastic job preparing this season and we have yet again joined forces with Team Donnay in order to provide kits for us this term and we hope that our new home kit will have many sales in the club mega store to boost revenue. We are also pleased to have multi-million dollar movie company, SynergyUK on board as our principle sponsor which helped fund the purchase of the new kit.

So there it is, we look forward to a bright season ahead of us and if we get the breaks and don't have too many injuries then I think we have a realistic chance of silverware we are so desperate for after narrowly missing out last year. Anything else at this massive club is pure and simple failure.
