Lonely

Stept On - "Lonely"
From one of State College’s biggest live musical acts, came the release of “Lonely” in 2000. Recorded at Saturation Acres Studios in Danville, PA, comes a melodic and great sounding album. With sounds that are ambitious and harmonic, “Lonely” brings out many different sounds. Each track is a little different, which after each song leaves you wondering what’s next. It’s a very powerful album, to say the least. Some songs describe a lot of pain, such as title track “Lonely,” while others are very sympathetic such as “Iron Cross.” I guarantee that no track on the album leaves you bored, because every one has something special about it. My favorite song on the album is “Die 4 You,” which mostly has the same guitar lines through the whole song, but it doesn’t leave you want to skip over it, because there’s something there that makes you want to keep listening. No doubt, this is an excellent release by a great local band, so check them out and pick up a copy of “Lonely.”
