GODS VISIT

God came down to our school today.

But just to visit. He couldn't stay.

He told us all not to fear.

If we ever needed him, He was near.

Just reach out and say a short prayer,

And I promise you I will be there.

He then walked the hallways without a sound.

From classroom to classroom and all around.

And in each classroom was an empty chair.

He sadly spoke, " I once sat there."
