*Initial Consultation
*Ongoing Consultation: Eight follow up meetings
*Assist in establishing a realistic budget
*Prepare a wedding timeline and checklists
*Instruct all participants of their duties
*Create a wedding day itinerary
*Send copies to all your vendors, wedding party participants and both sets of parents
*Provide referrals of all necessary vendors
* Ensure these providers are available for your wedding date and within your budget
*Provide you with informational planning materials on topics such as Invitations, flowers, etc.
*Provide you with ideas and suggestions in areas where you need assistance
*Assist with color scheme, theme, style and all coordinating details such as: attire, flowers, etc.
*Offer on-site rehearsal coordination
*Provide on-site coordination of ceremony:
*Oversee vendor setups at ceremony and reception sites, contact them if tardy or faulty
*Cue processional and recessional music
*Assist with ceremony processional (as rehearsed) and coordination of receiving line
*Ensure late guests do not inerfere with ceremony
*Provide on-site coordination of reception:
*Greet guests and direct them to cocktail hour/sign in book/seating charts
*Cue music/MC for arrival of couple and bridal party
*Distribute thank you cards and final payments to vendors
*Collect any gifts, accessories such as cake top, ect. and deliver them to your designated location
*Collect tuxedos and/or *other rentals and return to vendors
