i'm not only trying to sell you my services with this site, i'd like to help you do it yourself if you can, so here's some of the questions i'm frequently asked. hence the name, frequently asked questions.

q. what kind of paint should i use for touch-ups?

a. use acrylic. anything else either doesn't cover right or will never dry. i still have some figures from before i discovered this that are tacky.

q. how can i tighten the joints on my figures?

a. some figures have screws at their joints. sometimes they just need to be tightened. if not, the only other way i know of to do it is kind of tricky, and you can ruin your figures with it. put some super glue in the joint, and keep working it back and fourth. it dries while you're moving it, so it doesn't stick, and it puts a thin layer of super glue in there that "tightens" the joint.
