Wayne County Minutes 6/19/06

            Members in attendance:

Old Business:

            >Voted to use the same person to get the shirts who made the coats.

We need to find out who has qualified for the free shirts.  Other club members may purchase them.

            > Jamie Park has $82 for a local charity but is owed  $100 for food etc.

>Lakes were nominated for championship.  Needs to be voted on in the July meeting

Duck Harbor, Long Pond, Susky in WB, Harvey’s,Fairview, Otisco, Cayuga out   of Tremin, Oneida, Hemlock

> The club will not be sending a 6 man team to regionals.  Voted to give the top 3 in points $180 and the 4-6 will get $95

>Karl is bringing Hotdogs, Hamburgers, rolls and Charcoal for the Pickerel Tournament.

> In October meeting need to vote on when the club must have confirmation to send a regional team or to send people to Mr. Bass

New Business

            > Mike has $40 from Greenwood for Championship    

>John L motioned about having a tournament on Fairvew instead of White Oaks because that was the original lake

> Karl Ulmer sent a motion to cancel the Oneida Tx and reschedule due to gas prices.

> Some people might not know but Jamie Park lost is house to a fire.  We voted to change out clambake tournament to an open and have some kind of Benefit tournament for him and his family.  We will be in contact with people for participation.

> Need to vote as to change that Henry tournament to the alternate date that was on the schedule.

> Voted the club to put $500 towards the benefit for Jamie.
