>Hemlock 8/27 field is set.
>Neal received a check for $295 to be mailed into the state for roster.
>National guard is buying shirts for the federation. Sizes were given to John L.
> White Oak tournament will be held on 9/9 not 9/10
>John Pfleckl will report on money needed to go to States.
> Gun Raffle
- Need to redo gun list to bring down to our original budget of 9,500
- The Cash prize will be $200
- Need tickets by 9/9 or we will need to postpone the raffle or cancel for this year.
> Greg Koveleski wants to have his son join the club(he is 16) but could not make the meeting. It was voted unanimously to let him in and he will pay his dues at the first tournament he attends.
