- Minutes were passed out and accepted.

- Voted that the club will pay for members who qualify for states or federation tournaments.
- Mike Lodolce’s proposal for a new point system (Membership requirements were passed with modifications to come. Membership requirements will be posted.
New Business:
- Clay Bradely will see if we can get an application for a gaming license or does a Officer of the club have to go to the courthouse.
- Bill Chupko turned down the TD position but offered to be part of the TD Committee.
- Went over the proposal for the federation.
- Voted to stay with the federation.
- Voted in new weight measurement scale for spring paper tournaments.
- Voted in lakes for the 2006 season. Will be posted later when we receive permits.
- Ken Gremli was voted in as a new member and has paid all dues.
