Old Business:
- Minutes from 02/22/05 were read
- Voted that officers of the club don’t need to make the 4 tournament requirements in order to have there dues paid.
- JD and Gary Dennis are out of the club
- There is no participation in Tournaments until all dues are paid in full
- Karl Ulmer motioned that dues will be due by October in order to have our roster more up to date when the roster is due to the state.
- Youth Tourney
o Need to determine if the lake is available—Jamie Park
o Need to change the Flyer to 5 fish per team not boat
- Brought up about having a tournament committee to handle all open tournaments that we are having throughout the year
- The Open on the pack will be determined if all ice is off by the Thursday before. Karl will post on the state web site
- Mike Ladolce will contact everyone if the we are not having the first club tournament on the pack on April 9.
- We will be sending the final roster after the April Meeting. Members who still owe dues will be contacted before the next meeting.

- Next meeting Jacket sizes will be taken and given to Jamie Park. Clay Bradely also mentioned about getting some prices for the club
- There is a spot under conservation on the state web site that you can fill out about No Wake lakes instead of limited HP lakes
- Mike will take care of having the scales calibrated.
New Business:
- We voted that clubs should have 12 members in order to be a club. Need to take this back to the district meetings
- Next meeting will be the deadline for signing up for the Greenwood Tournament(paper tournament)
- It was voted that the person you ride up with can be your rider at the paper tournaments. You cannot signup for a paper tournament as a owner if you do not have a rider. You can only fish by yourself in a paper tournament under legitimate reasons…Partner never shows up. You can fish 3 people out of 1 boat.
