Wayne County Minutes 05/16/05

 

            Members in Attendance:

            Old Business:

-          Minutes from 04/18/05 were read

-          Everything is ready for the Youth Pickeral Tournament on 05/22

-          Youth event must be registered with the state through the state website

-          Mike Lodolce took the information from the people going to the state tournament

New Business:

-          District 7 Minutes were read

-          Discussed Clubs who have less than 12 members.  Was determined that there are so many in the state it would not be worth carrying out the motion that there should be at least 12 members on a roster.  The problem is clubs not letting in members

-          Rule Changes

o       Amendments should be done yearly

o       New set of bylaws need to be written

§         Bylaws committee will be made of Jack Minookeen, Peter Guatta, an Clay Bradley

-          Was determined that the club will pay for the state teams hotel expenses and also given $150 to owners and $80 to riders.

Treasurers Report

-          Balance $4576.24

-          Coats were paid for $1218

-          Wrote check for the state tournament $500

-          Check for Mike Lodolce for District Meeting $10
