Old Business:
- Minutes were passed out and accepted.
- New Member Lynn Kern Sponsored by John Lodolce. She was voted in and has paid all dues.
- Letters need to be mailed to sponsors thanking them for their participation in our youth event.
- The youth event will meet everyone’s in the club criteria for the state.
- Youth event must be registered with the state through the state website
- Karl Ulmer has two charities to donate the money that was raised at the youth event. We will vote on which one at the next meeting. John Pfleckl has the money.
- Jack Manookian and Clay Bradely have paid for there jackets. Jeff Olear and Bill Langille still owe.
New Business:
- Clay Bradely will get the information needed to get a gaming license so we can hold more raffles.
- John Lodolce will have gun raffle report for next meeting.
- Mike Lodolce has golden rules for paper tournaments.
- Mike Lodolce received a check for $1467.60 for the state teams
- Proposal for set amounts for the 6 guys going to state teams
