Wayne County Minutes 07/18/05

 

            Members in Attendance:

            Old Business:

-          Minutes were passed out and accepted.

-          Letters need to be mailed to sponsors thanking them for their participation in our youth event.

-          Youth event must be registered with the state through the state website

o       Mike Lodolce know who to contact and will take care of it.

-          Money raised from the Youth Event will be donated to “Cribs for Kyle”

-          Still owe for their jackets:

o       Jeff Olear

o        Bill Langille

o       Bill Chupko

o       Pete S?

New Business:

-          Clay Bradely will see if we can get an application for a gaming license or does a Officer of the club have to go to the courthouse.

-          John Lodolce will try to have gun tickets ready for next meeting

-          If anyone want to order jackets they will be an additional $8 for shipping

-          Neal Van Ness will send in updated Roster of New members

-          New member Nick Butler.---Need to get all of his information.

-          Need to emphasize the importance of signing up for a district tournament and showing up.

-          Need to talk about the Cayuga Tournament and who be there –At Clambake

-          Mike Lodolce brought up bringing his son to our tournaments.  He will fish the tournaments and weigh in but will not receive any points.  Everyone was thrilled with the idea and hope other members will do the same.

-          Neal Van Ness brought up a motion to buy Kathy Park her Club Jacket.  He stated Kathy does a lot of work for the club with our youth events, gun raffles, Clam Bake, Open Tournaments, and she was the one who set us up buying the jackets.  This will be voted on next meeting.

-          Everything was set up for the clambake.
