Wayne County Minutes 08/15/05

 

            Members in Attendance:

            Old Business:

-          Minutes were passed out and accepted.

-          Youth event has been registered through the state

-          Still owe for their jackets:

o       Jeff Olear

o        Bill Langille

o       Bill Chupko

o       Pete S?

o       Lynn Kern

New Business:

-          Clay Bradely will see if we can get an application for a gaming license or does a Officer of the club have to go to the courthouse.

-          Gun tickets are available and need to be picked up by all members

-          Jackets are know $65

-          Neal Van Ness will send in updated Roster of New members

-          Voted that Kathy Park  will get reimbursed for her coat.

-          Money will be sent in next month for “Cribs for Kyle”

-          Those still owing dues will be contacted.

-          Dues are due in October for the 2006 season.  Anyone not meeting the requirements will owe dues in October.  If dues are not paid then they will be dropped from the roster.
