Wayne County Minutes 09/19/05

Old Business:
- Minutes were passed out and accepted.
- Still owe for their jackets:
o Jeff Olear
o Bill Langille
o Bill Chupko
o Lynn Kern
New Business:
- Clay Bradely will see if we can get an application for a gaming license or does a Officer of the club have to go to the courthouse.
- Gun tickets are available and need to be picked up by all members
- Need to contact Karl Ulmer about how much money will be donated for “Cribs for Kyle”
- Those still owing dues have been contacted.
- Dues are due in October for the 2006 season. Anyone not meeting the requirements will owe dues in October. If dues are not paid then they will be dropped from the roster.
- Voted that Nick Butler will get his exemptions from meetings since he has class on Monday nights.
- John Dennis will have his $25 for club dues excused because of his high ticket sales.

Voted that the three lakes we want to have district
tournaments on will be: Pack,
- Karl Ulmer has fulfilled his youth and conservation event for the 2006 season.
- Voted that the District should pay 100% back at district tournaments.
- Voted that those attending district meetings will receive $15 instead of $10
- All tickets must be reported to John Lodolce before the 12/1 evening drawing.!!
- Money will be disbursed as followed for the state championship
o Owner $180
o Ryder $95
o Club will also pay for Hotel $440
- Dave Cook and Nick Butler have paid dues for the 2006 season
- Decided that the club needs to look into have a banquet at the end of the season and have trophies and awards. Try to boost club participation!!!
