Congratulations to Janel and Squid, this year's CHAMPS!! Janel won the straight Picks and has a 50/50 chance of finishing with less than 100 losses (99). Squid took the ODDS crown with the ONLY winning record - what a crazy season this was, right Donovan?
It is on to the Super Bowl, where Arizona and Pittsburgh will vie for NFL supremacy. Wait. Did I just type "Arizona"? It is possible that a 9-7 regular season team could be Super Bowl champs. A team from arguably the worst division in the NFL.
As you see from the spread above, it's not a predicted rout of 10 or 13 points... I remember some of those. Pats-Rams, anyone? Pats-Bears... sigh...

Week 19 (divisional playoffs) recap
The Lynches are still in a fight for the PICKS. Janel holds a 2-game lead with three games to go. And Lloyd and Squid are vying for the ODDS crown, with Squid up 2 there.
So what strategies will be employed this weekend? Will Joe and Lloyd pick the underdogs strictly hoping to pick opposite their opposition and have a shot at tying before the Super Bowl?
So, underdogs were the story again in the NFL last week.
Arizona forced six Carolina turnovers to advance to their first NFC title game; the last NFC team since the 1960 AFL-NFL merger to do so.
Then Philly upset the Giants, who unfortunately really needed a stud wideout (Plaxico) to keep the Eagles defense honest. Philly, being the no.6 seed, now travels to Arizona. Yup. Zona HOSTS the NFC title tilt. For Philly, this is their 5th NFC championship game of this decade - the won once, only to lose to NE in the SB.
In the AFC, Baltimore outlasted Tennessee in a battle of two VERY similar teams. Ultimately, I think the Titans were too banged up (depleted D and no Mawae at C). Or should I say more banged up?
The other game had Pittsburgh dominating the Chargers, sending the Steelers to their 3rd AFC title match.
Will it be a Pennsylvania Super Bowl? Or will it be he NFL marketing department's worst nightmare (Ravens-Cards, which was dubbed the Audubon Bowl on the radio this morning in Boston).
