I wish I knew what I could do
To figure out what's troubling you
You change directions like the wind
I never know what's on your mind.
If you love me I wish I knew
It's puzzling the silly things you do
Flirting with my friends before my eyes
Makes me believe you're a devil in disguise.
Only so much pain my heart can take
It's past time I corrected my big mistake
I now know love doesn't mean anything to you
My eyes were closed to things you do.
At last my eyes are open wide and clear
About you I will never shed another tear
In time I'll find a love that is pure and true
With someone the direct opposite of you.
