#1 Learn PGP and use it with sensative material.

#2 Get a seperate email account. Please don't use AOL or something like that...get an
anonymous email account (hushmail, yahoo, operamail, excite, etc.) When you sign up, use a
fake name, fake address, fake state, etc. Use NOTHING REAL!
#3 If interested, DO NOT POST openly on the board you are looking..you WILL get
scammed!
#4 Never send more $$ than you can afford to loose! Never send more $$ than you can
afford to loose!
#5 Verify a source with a known person that YOU trust. Scams tend to give you
references and they all check out saying he is "GREAT", well, 99% of the time,
the references are the source!
#6 Please don't say "list me" on threads...you are saying "scam me"
and "hello FEDS, bust me!"
#7 If you send to your casa, do NOT use your real name! Use a fake name. When the
package arrives, write "return to sender" on it and leave on counter or by your
door. Do NOT open it for at least 1.5 day! The FEDS could be right behind the package and
bust your A#S!
====if you need cycle help or gear knowledge====
#1 Search on your own time. don't waste board space. you could be using the
"search" function and typing in X drug and getting all the past threads about
it. also, use the web searches (yahoo, go.com, etc)
#2 Be sure to post your age, sex (yes please--he he), training history, previous cycles
if any, looking for bulk, cut, whatever, size and weight, bf%....help us out so we can
help you out.
#3 Use a usenet search funtion such as www.dogpile.com --sometimes better info than
yahoo, go.com, etc.
#4. USE the "search" function, yea the one by the "post reply"
link. type in your gear of choice and wolla! all the past 2800 posts will have some info
your question.
#5. QUIT asking for everything to be spoon fed to you!
#6. posts such as, "is this legit" or "what is the average price"
or "cycle help" etc...those are GREAT posts.
#7. posts like "what is dbol" or "sos250"...those get OLD and WILL
USUALLY BE IGNORED! once again, use the search function and learn yourself...then ask the
questions.

Test is best. It should be the basis of almost all cycles.
If your 18 and have only trained for half a year get the hell out of here and don't
come back until your 21-22.
Don't start a thread that says "monitor, vets, source, etc email me". Email
them and if they are cool, and your questions aren't totally stupid, and have enough time
they will get to your questions.
Questions not to ask... #1. What is d-bol OR what is susatnon? #2. This is the third
day since my first shot of T-200, I'm not huge yet do you think it's fake? #3. I got this
"stuff" from some guy and injected 3cc's already. Can you all tell me what it

Things not to send in e-mails... #1. I'm just now realizing I don't know what I'm doing
and need your help really bad. I leave work in 30 minutes so you better answer my question
before then. #2. This is my second day on the board and you still haven't replied to my
e-mail from yesterday for you to tell me all the best sources so you must not have gotten
the mail, that's why I'm sending it again.
Internet Security
----------Many people need to be more careful and think more when it comes to internet security.----------
The man who started the virus "melissa", it took the feds 7 whole days to track down the original telephone line that first sent the email. It infected over 1,000,000 computers and crashed their systems. Yet the feds chked it all out, and directed it all the way back to him. In 7 days!
Think more people, use hushmail between 2 users. It is much safer than operamail or hotmail. That is the only way it is encrypted, if 2 users use it.
If you can't get hushmail, or if you wanna be safe, cause nobody knows for sure hushmail database can be read, if it sits encrypted at hushmail servers or not....get and use PGP. PGP is short for pretty good privacy.

Read up on it, use it for sensitive material. The directions are outdated a little, so I was bored, and have been flooded with questions about it, so I decided to write some directions for the new version PGPfreeware 6.5.2
They are below.
Some other issues to address.
1. Use 2 browsers, IE (microsoft internet explorer) and Netscape. I use IE 5.01 and Netscape 4.7, the newest ones. The reason for 2, is have 1 for regular surfing the net, and the other for boards, email, etc. One you make a proxy server. The other is regular. Use the proxy serve to access boards and such. It is slower than regular browser, but hides your IP address, making it not yours. To get a proxy server: Proxymate
2. Get a good anti-trojan/hacking program. The one I recommend and use it Lockdown2000. I had a crack for version 4.0, but version 5.0 is out now. You can download it for free for 10 days, then you gotta pay $99 to keep it, or just delete it. Trust me though, it is WORTH the $99 for security! Very much worth it! It keeps hackers out and then tells you the hackers ISP addy so you can bust them! lol to get it: Lockdown 2000
3. Download a new anti-virus tracker. I found that "the cleaner v3.0" was good. Free for 60 days. After using it, uninstall it, but keep the the icon on your puter, just reinstall it later on to use again and still have it free then too. It will detect if you have a trojan, virus, etc on your machine currently. to get it:

4. You can get an anonymous email remailler. It remails your emails so your ip never shows up on emails. Also makes more anonymous. They cost around $30 per year. to get: Skuz Net or
Nymserver ReMailer
5. You can get internet anonymizer...makes you surfing anonymized, and hides IP addy to sites (or so i am told) You have to pay for this too. to get: Freedom Internet
Once again, these are options that you can and should use. I highly recommend PGP, Hushmail, Proxy server, and Lockdown2000! Get them! It is worth your privacy!

PGP DIRECTIONS FOR VERSION 6.5.2

REMINDERS: 1. You cannot read it, nor can the person you sent it to if each of you don't have each others public keys. Also, it MUST be addressed to the person who is going to get it, otherwise, it won't work. 2. PGP needs to be used! DO NOT Give my key out to anybody, as I wont' give yours out to anybody else.
Ok……to get your public key. Go to start menu/programs/pgp/pgp tray….click on it Now on the bottom right toolbar of your computer, you should have the pgp icon…..click on it one time. Now, select the option PGP keys. Now, all the people in there, the people……..click one time on their names and delete them all, cept your name, makes is much easier to read……..but, if you have already put peoples keys in your puter………don' t delete them……just the people with whoever@pgp.com or whatever their email is.
Okay, now single click on your name. Right click on it….copy. Okay, now YOUR keys are copied to the clipboard. The clipboard is what you have copied. Now, you them just press CTRL+V to paste it in an email one you have the email up to send it to someone else.
TO PUT SOMEONE ELSES KEY IN:

You have to copy the entire thing! From "---begin pgp…." All the way too "------End pgp …." To copy, you highlight it, then press CTRL+C.
Okay, now that it is copied in your clipboard, you then gotta have your pgp tray open. If it is not in the lower right hand corner, the icon, refer to the first steps on getting your public key. Now, once again go to pgp keys…….scroll down to the very bottom, where there is an empty space……do not have anybody name highlighted, just an empty space…..should be only your name there, or the people who work at pgp.com if you didn't' delete them already.
Then right click on the empty space…and press paste. Now it should show their name, and then press IMPORT. Their keys are now in.
TO DECRYPT A MESSAGE: First you MUST have the senders pgp keys in and they must have yours. Also it won't decode if they didn't address it to you. That way not just anybody can read the encrypted messages, only the person who it was addressed to can.
You gotta copy the entire thing again, as before. The PGP message. All the way "---PGP MESSAGE.." to the end as before. Now it is in your clipboard. If you wanna chk to make sure you coped it correctly, go to clipboard, edit…..that will show you what is in your clipboard. Now, with your pgp tray open, go to clipboard, decrypt and verify. Then enter your password and wolla, it should decrypt if the right password and it was addressed to you.
TO ENCRYPT A MESSAGE: Have pgp tray open. Then go to clipboard, edit. Now type in what you wanna say. Then you MUST press COPY TO CLIPBOARD so it is in your clipboard, just pressing ok will NOT work. Then go back into the pgp icon…….clipboard, encrypt……then you have to drag the persons name down to the bottom as the receiptant. Then press ok. Now, it is copied to your clipboard. You then go to the email or whatever……then press CTRL+V to paste it….wolla! hope that helped some of you who are learning
