| Melodic power metal with female operatic vocals! Nightwish have released a
great CD with this release. The sound on this CD is out of this world. Power metal freaks who can get past the operatic
vocals will love this to death. The vocals are very classy in my opinion and fit the music very well.
This is top class stuff. This band is top 10 material in their homeland of Finland and it is easy to see why.
There are some wondrous catchy songs on this CD. The riffs are so addictive you will play this CD again and again and again!

| This is a fantastic melodic power metal album. This is pure and simple
Heavy Metal heaven for fans of this kind of music. There is very hard to find fault with this CD. The production
could obviously be much better, however you can't have everything! This CD is filled
with great melodic riffs and beautiful clean singing. All songs are filled with tales of heroic warriors that
many people would call cheesy, but power metal fans don't care! They want to hear glorious songs about heroes
of another time. This is a top class effort from Nocturnal Rites.
