Foilist Captain Chris Gill: - Chris is the most senior member of the Club and has given over six years sterling service as team member, officer and ultimately as President. Master Peake
Epeeist Captain Aidan Peake: -
Aidan is the club's 'veteran'. He has alsmost ten years of fencing experience, having trained regularly with the UCD team in his native Dublin before coming up north to take his place as Epee Captain and assistant coach.
In addition to giving lessons in Epee and basic tehnique, Aidan is also in charge of general fitness and encourages a strenuous warm-up and flexibility programme for all members. When not religiously practicing footwork drills, he spends his time at test and repair as the club's resident armourer.

'Sabre's my weapon, but I am too discreet - to run amuck and tilt at all I meet'
Sabruer Captain Patrick Horner:-
Patrick quickly specialised in sabre coaching and brought the teaching styles of his own sabre master to UUC. In addition to givng general technical lessons to beginners in foil and sabre, Pat is charged with both technical and tactical training of the Sabre team, which he serves as Captain. As well as this Pat is deputy Armourer and under-secretary to the President.
