When we meet and where

The University of Ulster Fencing Club is based at Coleraine Campus.
We train twice weekly:

Tuesday: 4pm - 6pm
Wednesday: 6pm - 8pm

Tuesday's session is run by our professional coach Colin Grey. M. Grey gives large class-based instruction in basic technique and simple tactical exercises as well as more demanding indivdiual lessons designed to target specific faults whilst developing member's individual style and technique in foil and epee.

The Wednesday session is usually run by Club President Chris Gill. Chris places emphasis on footwork and the fencing measure and as such invest a substantial amount of time to drills and exercises to promote and develop mastery of these tennets of fencing.

Chris is also available to give private lessons in foil. On Wednesday night trainning other student coaches are also on hand to give lessons in epee and sabre.

All sessions are held in the Biko Hall in South Buildings.

There are no floor fees, and anyone is eligible to take part, and an open invitation is, as always, extended to all.
