Classes focus of proper basic movements with break down into arm isolations, head isolations, hip movements, travel steps, hand expressions, and much more. Saz'hrah teaches all of this in a fun, exciting, and supportive environment with the added convenience of all these other great benefits:

Class prices do vary, so here is a break down of what the classes are, their
price, and day of the week along with time.
September 2004
Saturdays (Time to be announced) ~ Dance Basics (ages 16+) $25 a month
Dance Basics is a class for everyone no matter what your skill level, dance history, age, size, or type. We focus on break down of movements so the dance can be easily understood and layered. Saz'hrah teaches with traditional and modern Oriental (Belly) Dance music to bring an ethnic and fun environment for all to learn in. She also educates you on dance history, terminology, and costuming. So come join us for an hour jam packed full of music, laughter and DANCE!!
Saturdays (Time to be announced) ~ The Little Shimmies (ages 5 -15) $30 per month
The Little
Shimmies is a class taught in troupe style for small children ages 5 to 15.
It breaks down basic isolations of Oriental (Belly) Dance so it can be easily
understood and done. The Little Shimmies focuses more on the proper isolations
then in time the different variations of each movement. We also do teach the
history of Oriental (Belly) Dance, Costuming Styles, dance styles around the
world, music styles from traditional to modern, proper terminology, and instrumentation.
One year of ballet or other experience appreciated but not required. It is highly
recommended that if you have your little one in the Oriental (Belly) Dance Class
that you also enroll them into the Ballet beginners class at The Dance Connection
