Style of Piece: Itīs a love song, ballad
Evaluation:
Structure -(9) Truly in the style of a love song ballad. Nice change up in measure 47, though it would have been nice to keep the piece moving after these instead of returning to the theme so quickly. Again, a very nice change in measure 82 that leads to the end well.
Musicality - (8) It has a very nice slow-dance feel to it. There are several places however, for a new chords that might offer a fresher sound that are not taken.
Theme - (5) A single theme above all the chords is a little hard to distinguish. The chord progression is very nice, and the flow of the piece is very much in the ballad style. But the theme itself isn't very memorable.
Performance - (6) It needs more dynamic and dramatic changes. It has potential for a lot of Drama, but not in this midi.
