A good performance by Van Damme in this new type of JC film an action/drama his first one yet. Full of action and romance this is a must see for all Van Damme fans and a must see for not Van Damme fans.

VAN DAMME plays Sam an escaped convict who befriends a widow and her family and must help them from the evil criminals trying to steal their land.

ROSANA ARQUETTE plays the young widown and Van Dammes love interest who has a family of two one played by Kieran Culkin.
