OTTO'S LEGAL DEFENSE FUND
| I want and still intend to set up a nonprofit corporation
to help defray the costs of saving Otto. I also still intend to open a
bank account in the corporation's name, in order to minimize tax liability
on any donations. Various things have intervened and I have still not gotten
around to visiting the Michigan Dept. of Commerce and Industry to file
the papers, so there is still no bank account to receive contributions.
But since I've had a couple of indications of interest in donating money, I'm going to ask that if you wish to contribute to OLDF (Otto's Legal Defense Fund) please send checks only to: David Ellis
I will maintain a record of all monies received and deposit them in the OLDF bank account as soon as it is opened. Thank you. David |
