So many times I have been confused of feelings within myself. Only to find out later, I was not alone in these feelings. The rush one gets when you hear someone voice the emotions you have deep inside, and suddenly you feel a release.. a clarity.... a calming explosion that finally begins to make sense.
Now, able to love, and be loved... without the fear you begin to know the joy of freedom to trust... to show your innermost feelings in their truest sense and grow as a person.

When I left an abusive marriage, many emotions stirred within me... I saw things differently, found a strength, and felt a desire to learn of myself. I had the choice to ignore these feelings and push them away, or awaken them. I chose to learn, and move forward enlightened.
