What I am hearing is that the MAIN FOCUS of Eagles Disobey is soon to be directed toward a Humanitarian Mission - sharing, serving, and helping others.
Marci is working out the legal framework with lawyers, and Dan has been in liaison with certain people from the UN and other places.
Dan and Marci and the team will "walk the walk" while this is ongoing, and the website will be arranged to show the efforts of people around the world to help our fellow people. Whether it is as simple as a "prayer" to as ambitious as an "aid operation," Dan and Marci have decided that Eagles Disobey will become a showcase for UNITY, LOVE, AND SHARING. He also showed some of those documents to Rob Simone on stage in his live interview, before an audience of 300 people, at the Laughlin UFO conference on 1 March this year. Rob examined the documents, nodded in understanding, and then continued with the interview. That was an important thing to happen publicly.
Dan has endured a huge amount of criticism from a small number of people (and one should really question why!). We know Dan (and Marci) very well now and they have become good friends. We've met them privately on a number of occasions, the time being dinner in early April. Before that, we'd met them for five hours on 10 December 2007 when Dan told us all about t1v83 (Timeline 1, variant 83) after his discharge from a several-month long classified project in which he was incommunicado with us and everyone else except Marci for National Security reasons.
It's interesting stuff (understatement!), and after our 10 December meting we were left in no doubt that all this information is totally real... and that things are changing for the better all the time. Finally, do take 8 minutes to see this:

We have received a number of emails and PM's asking why the "array" of images Dan put up for the Morgellons - [a possible cure?] issue has been removed? A few asked if anything was being "covered up?"
The image was removed as more precise, targeted, images are being produced. The rebellious and independent nature of Eagles Disobey will also become evident, soon. A few have taken time to ask if we are the mouthpiece of a government or a secret society on behalf of a government? We are neither! Just wait! Either would never produce what Dan and Marci are going to make public!
Eagles Disobey is exactly as Dan and Marci have said: "AN INDEPENDENT, REBEL, RESEARCH, INVESTIGATIVE, AND (SOME NOW SAY) HUMANITARIAN GROUP. Public Information: Dan will have his computer operation restored tomorrow sometime. His computer is going through security upgrades and firewall checks to protect him when he logs into the Eagles Forum.
Everytime he logs in or is known to be online at the forum, professional hackers, even corporate people and foreign governments, try to get into his computer. The security upgrades will ensure that no one can crack in. The more famous he's gotten, the more of this kind of thing he's faced. Caspa

We commonly receive a number of emails asking about Dan's health. In most cases we don't reply, in keeping with Dan's wishes. He won't allow us to lie, and we don't want to anyway, by saying that he is doing "fine." Dan would be furious about this post, but people need to know the truth about a man who has given, and continues to give so much, his entire life, for others. Ask him and he says others give more, or hurt more. But here goes the cold hard truth.
Dan lives in 24/7 pain. Ask him and he tells the truth, then says he offers the suffering in a plea to God that an other, any other may have their pain lessened in some way. He said if he suffers it is the Will of God, and he hopes that through that suffering he may learn to give more of himself to everyone.
That's the kind of man we're dealing with here. It's kind of disturbing, in a very profound and deeply wonderful way. My comments, to follow, should not be seen as any kind of endorsement for or counsel to take any kind of medicine, or any kind of medical advice. (See your licensed healthcare provider.)
Dan has refused narcotics, to control the pain. He refuses to talk about it, too much, but has confided it is about an 8 out of 10 rating, 24/7. I am working with Debbie, and his physicians, whom (the doctors) he says are "casting lots" about how long he'll be able to walk, to find alternative therapies for his rapidly progressing muscle loss in his legs. He's not far off about them "casting lots." We are readying to have him involved in "pool therapy" which he says he looks forward to, because of his long abiding fear of drowning. He says he wishes to cast that fear away, during this lifetime. He's always pointing forward in a positive way.
Most of you know that he suffers from partial complex and grand mal seizures and has a very debilitating heart condition, with vasospastic coronary arteries, and an inoperative blockage at the very apex of his heart, that the doctors call a "time bomb." When they say that, he just smiles at them. He also suffers from a stenosis in his carotid arteries, likely to require surgery sometime in the future, and a failing Thyroid. Presently, he is receiving some relief by the use of the "ActivOn" extra strength topical arthritis product, and the homeopathic, Dr. Frank's, spray.
Of course he is on a ton of meds for his heart and seizure conditions, and takes his Thyroid medications. Either Deb, the older girls, or I see him take his meds, everyday, and put his nitro patches on, so there is no mistake. We have a pass on code we all see, everyday. It's a code because he would throw out the notes and say to focus on the world and not him.He won't ask others to pray for him, he immediately deflects it and says to pray for others and the world. But I can say it: please do keep him in your prayers, to give him strength and healing. We need him around to apply as much of himself as he can, to benefit others, and just because he's a beautiful soul. Marcia responds: I saw more of it than Dan. Dan watches Larry King, frequently. He turned the show off when he started seeing Stanton Friedman holding up his book "over and over again." Watch the interview and see the number of times he holds the book up, even at Larry, then sets it down. The other guy was there pushing his movie, "Out of the Blue." The two ufologists were there selling their wares.
Typical. Over and over again, Dan kept saying that Seth (Dr. Seth Shostak) had "great points." He also said that linear thinking prevailed amongst the ufologists, i.e. "they must be from now and from elsewhere." To that he chuckled, shook his head, and said something about old dogs and new tricks. We have not considered going on a show like that. It's not that we would turn it down 'out of the blue' but we have just not thought of it. If Dan ever sat on a show like that I will tell you one thing: NO UFOLOGISTS WOULD BE ALLOWED.
Dan would set with any number of scientists, but not ufologists. They would inevitably corrupt the flow of the discussion, and evaluation of evidence, with (Dan's words) "Step right up and see the evidence, evidence of Aliens! Aliens from strange worlds! PUBLIC STATEMENT: There has been some significant speculation in email and other places about what will eventually come of the story of my humble life. In preparation for some of that speculation to be ended, Marcia and I are going to prepare paperwork making it very clear that I not only will not receive personal monetary income as a result of whatever is done, but that I have never had interest in it, nor will I ever!
Here's the (not so) big secret I have spoken about in only limited areas, and what I had not intended to be shared with the public until the paperwork was done: I believe all of you know that in 1981 I was dying from some kind of demyelinating disorder. I was essentially blind, could not walk on my own, was in severe pain, and was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis by Dr. Kirby R., then my Neurologist, and Dr. Jim C., then my Internist. (I have removed their last names for their peace – as I know some know no bounds, or were taught none, when inflicting themselves into the private business of others. Some may say, "But you mentioned it?" True, but mentioning something is not an invitation to my house, therefore it should also not be considered one to my physician's offices.)
My sight was so bad, I was taught Braille. My nerve conduction at my optic nerves was assessed and objectively shown to be very weak, almost nonexistent. (All the associated medical paperwork is on file with the Roman Catholic Church.) I attended a Healing Ministry event on Pentecost Sunday, June 7, 1981, conducted by Father Ralph DiOrio. I walked out of that ceremony without the disease.
I am being somewhat sterile about it, so I don't start getting all misty, as whenever I even dwell on it, I break down in tears, as I readily can still be "inside of the moment" of ongoing healing. My debriefing on this subject was taped, and will be released to the public. The public has never seen me as highly emotional, as when they will see that segment. Okay...anyway... Obviously, I responded to the new-found relationship with God by pledging my life and strength to the Creator's service.
The nature of the pledge...the way it was put...has never passed my lips to another human being...nor will it be, now. Six years later (1987), I was in Seminary, in Menlo Park, for a short time. During that time, I was provided with a "Sister" (a Nun) whom was assigned to help me learn from prayer. We prayed together, extensively. She was an elderly lady, picked especially for me, as the Church felt I would be entering into a Charismatic Healing Ministry. (I believe they made that assumption due to the extensive healing I had received six years prior.) While practicing a form of prayer, between we and God, with her present, we informally called "Wandering in Christ," we prayed together and during an especially intimate moment of emotional sharing and release, she repeated the exact pledge to me as she was telling me Christ was speaking to her.
This could not have been done without supernatural (or supra-natural) influence, given what was included in that pledge. I was then asked to serve Christ by making a solemn vow of lifelong material poverty. I was told that my Ministry (maybe it will end up being "Angel Eagles"? I do not know for sure.)… would be given to me in the future when my 'body was weak enough in pain' and my 'spirit was strong enough to reach out to others to serve the Creator's children first.
'It was at that moment that I made a solemn vow of poverty to Christ. I have lived in that vow ever since, and I will do so for the rest of my days.
I only ask to serve and help others. That has been my only lifelong goal. Some have accused me of acting better than others, as I don't usually handle money...but that is not the truth. I am no better than anyone, and assuredly worse than many. It's just that my loved ones haven't fought my willingness to let them deal with it! I should also say that…truth be told...Marcia cares for doing for others more than anything...too…but she is VERY GOOD in dealing with monetary issues.)
So, you now know the truth. There is no nefarious "Priory of Sion" dictating behind the curtains, no secret Roman Catholic / Jesuit pledge or vows, only a promise which I made to God and will keep…not for any kind of request or return, save that I may serve God's Will. If something is done with my life's story, I will be sure to be interested, but that will be about it. I have much effort to put forth, research to complete, people who need help (and I hear their cries and will not turn away from them) as the "calling" I heard - I still hear - and will never turn from that, either.Love, Blessings, and Light, Dan

My notes on what happened. I will stop my dawg mentality for a few minutes to be serious. Marci and Dan were driven to a few areas of extreme North Las Vegas. They go to the places where many homeless people sleep. I pulled them up to the first stop and photographed them.
Both of them got out of the car and were upset at me for photographing with flashes, so I went to my night video. They delivered 4 full bags of food and juice. The people in the one area are getting to know them and their tiedyes, that's good for their doing their job, bad from my standpoint for security and safety. They waved at them and yelled thank you to Dan and Marci. Dan's and Marci's standard reply is "God Bless you!" One person yelled, "God Bless you!", to Dan and Marci and they both replied, "God Bless you!" Then the man yelled "Thank you, God!", when he saw the food, and Dan replied by taking his hat off and looked upward and said, "Yes, thanks to you, God." Then they walked off.
The rest of the scenes were about the same, including other situations where Dan and Marci spoke with the people, and gave them ideas of where to go for social services. For some reason it comes natural that some parents ask for a Blessing to be said over their family and children. When that Blessing is Christian or Jewish, Dan says it. When the Blessing is of any other faith, Marci says it as a general Blessing. These people don't know anything about who Dan and Marci are, don't know anything about "angel eagles" they just KNOW why they are there. One man passed away, with his close relatives present.
Everyone knew he was dying including him. It was no surprise. Dan and Marci just happened onto it. A Rite was performed by Dan, with the gentleman, after it was requested by the gentleman and family.

This is a matter for the justice systems of the United Kingdom, the United States, and possibly the European Court of Human Rights, to enter judgment. Save the intelligence gathering capacity/defense issues, it is not a matter for the Office of the Director of National Intelligence – rather - we believe it falls into the care of the Departments of Justice and State, and that of the United States Attorney General.
It is not a matter for UFO groups, allied or independent investigators, or the "rag-tag fugitive fleet" of internet follow-alongs to render intervention. Likewise, it doesn't matter if you "want to believe" that the United States Government has had such technology. Mr. McKinnon's apparent willingness to violate the law, and his doing so, is the matter at hand. Our personal opinion, while it matters little, is that Mr. McKinnon's "reasons" mask a willingness to attack and undermine the security of the United States of America, and during a time war! Let us also be clear that we will not stand with anyone who commits (or supports the commission) of crimes against the United States of America, her citizens, or her Federal Government. Further, let us acknowledge the possibility that Mr. McKinnon may have found what he claims! If that is the case, so what? It only supports what you've already been told by Eagles Disobey.
Does the collective "pee-pee" dance of those reading his information justify the security damage that was done to the 304,000,000 + U.S. citizens, the subordinate threatening of the security of all those protected by the United States Military and those other military forces working in coordination with them? Well…if you are an extremist, anarchist, or an enemy of the United States of America (whether you've come out of the closet or still hide as an alleged "human rights advocate"), you may well say "Yes!" We, and the Government and the Military of the United States of America disagree. We'll just have to find another way to "work out" our disagreements, won't we? Following the quiet close of the Urlicht movement, we are launched immediately into the Finale, with the 'cry of despair' from the third movement heard triple forte in the full orchestra. As the cry dissipates, we get the first statement, in offstage brass, of the Resurrection theme.
A very slow section leads to the Dies Irae chorale we heard in the first movement. The mood broadens; the brass sound the Dies Irae and the Auferstehn chorale themes, leading to a tremendous percussion crescendo. A quick march follows; 'The dead arise and stream on in endless procession...' with the Dies Irae in the strings and the Resurrection chorale in the trumpets. The tension rises and eventually spills over into a tremendous climax; 'The cry for mercy strikes fearfully on our ears.' The climax subsides and the offstage band sounds the Last Trump, leaving a desolate sound field with a flute and piccolo in the main orchestra warbling a bird song.
Now the chorus, triple piano, intones Klopstock's 'Resurrection Ode'. From their midst, the soprano solo's voice slowly emerges: Auferstehn, ja auferstehn wirst du (Rise again, yea, thou shalt rise again). The orchestra takes up the Resurrection theme. Then the alto solo, accompanied by the violas, joins in with the words that Mahler himself added: O Glaube, mein Herz, o glaube (O believe, my heart, O believe). The movement, and the symphony, now builds inexorably to its climactic coda. The tenors and basses take up the Resurrection chorale; the soprano and alto soloists swoop and soar in an ecstatic dialogue. Now firmly in the key of E flat, the full chorus builds layers of sound with a final statement of the 'Auferstehn' theme. The full orchestra, triple forte, are now joined by the organ and bells in a shattering, concluding chord of E flat major.

This is why I don't usually deal with money...it's not that I can't handle it...I most assuredly can...and have! It's just not "my own." As I have lived with my loved ones, and they cared for the money, the transition of them "doing" with it, became a natural progression between us. I own nothing...not even my clothing... I will leave the permanent owner of all my personal material property (in perpetuity) nameless until Marcia and I get the paperwork concretized. We feel a need at this point, to have that paperwork done, so that the public will have a clear picture of where my heart resides on these issues.
